“Katie was the best, I mean THE BEST wedding coordinator I could have ever asked for. I could not have made it through the day/night without her.
Our outdoor wedding happened to be on a day with a record high temperature (95 degrees) which caused a medical emergency requiring EMS transport. Katie navigated through the chaos with ease. As a million thoughts were flying through my head, one of which being what in the world do we do next, I came up with my own plan and told Katie what I wanted. Little did I know, my plan was already being executed. Thanks to Katie. She said, “Yup! Already being done!” with a big smile on her face. This leads me to say that she was always a few steps ahead of me! I’m so grateful for that. Katie knows her stuff. She’s organized, calm, cool, and collected, and a little bossy in the best way possible. I’m usually that person that’s always running late. She stuck to our timeline and kept me on track. I proved all of my family and friends wrong and was on time to my wedding!!! Thanks to Katie:) When you’re wedding planning, you have to make A LOT of decisions. Something I must admit that I’m not very good at. I looked to Katie pretty frequently to help me with making decisions, especially in the midst of chaos. I trusted her completely and I’m so glad I did!
Our wedding was amazing, and I wish I could relive the day over and over. Pure bliss. Katie is a true keystone. She was the final piece of the arch that held our wedding together, and I am forever grateful for her.
